Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern your use of the software products and services provided by Starlight Technologies, including “Kernel Radar,” “AI Detection,” “DMA Firmware,” and “osu! Relax” (collectively, the “Software”), as well as the website at star-light.pro (the “Website”). By using the Software or Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. License Grant

Starlight Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely in accordance with these Terms and the applicable End-User License Agreement (EULA). Your license is tied to your user account and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to any other person.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must sign in using Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your account credentials or license keys with others. Each license is bound to a single user and hardware configuration.

3. Subscription and Payments

  • Billing: Software licenses are offered on a subscription basis (monthly). Prices are displayed in EUR on the product pages.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually purchase a new license when your current one expires.
  • Slot Availability: Some products have limited availability. Purchase is subject to slot availability at the time of transaction.

4. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate delivery of license keys, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to hardware incompatibility, dissatisfaction with performance, or violation of third-party terms of service resulting in account penalties.

5. Permitted Use

The Software is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the Software in accordance with its designed functionality and your license terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms of service.

6. Prohibited Use

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the Software.
  • Redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or sharing your license or access credentials.
  • Using the Software for any illegal activity.
  • Attempting to circumvent license verification, HWID binding, or any security measures.
  • Using the Software in professional, tournament, or cash-prize competitive environments.
  • Interfering with or disrupting our servers, services, or other users.

7. Cloud Configuration

Our cloud sync feature allows you to store and synchronize Software configurations through your web dashboard. Configuration data is stored on our servers and tied to your account. We may delete configuration data upon account termination or license expiration.

8. Technical Requirements

The Software requires specific hardware and software configurations to operate correctly. You are responsible for ensuring your system meets the minimum requirements. Setup and configuration are your sole responsibility. While we provide support through Discord, we do not guarantee resolution of all technical issues.

9. No Warranty

The Software and Website are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all systems.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starlight Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software or Website, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, reputation, or access to third-party services (such as game account bans or suspensions).

11. Third-Party Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software complies with the terms of service of any third-party platforms, games, or services. Starlight Technologies makes no representations that the Software is compliant with any specific third-party terms. We provide no guarantee against account bans, suspensions, or other penalties imposed by third parties.

12. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that use of the Software may result in penalties from third-party platforms, including but not limited to account suspensions or bans. You assume all risk associated with such consequences and release Starlight Technologies from any related liability.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Starlight Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Software or Website, including violations of these Terms or third-party rights.

14. Termination

Starlight Technologies reserves the right to terminate your account and revoke access to the Software at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, abusive behavior toward staff or other users, or suspected fraudulent activity.

15. Content Ownership

All content, including but not limited to software, documentation, guides, and communications posted by Starlight staff or within Starlight platforms (Discord, website), is proprietary. This content may not be shared, recorded, or distributed outside of the Starlight ecosystem without explicit written permission.

16. Modifications

Starlight Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website. Continued use of the Software or Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Germany.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Force Majeure

Starlight Technologies shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, legal changes, or infrastructure failures.
